Little Sasuke: Abandonment and adoption [ENG/ESP]

Greetings to everyone in the Hive Pets community! Today I'm joining you all to share a new pet adventure with you. This time, I'm bringing a special post dedicated to little kitten Sasuke, a kitten I recently found and have been looking for a home for. Sasuke has represented a moral and loving dilemma, one of those moments of deep reflection because I truly love animals, but for that very reason, I know I already have many pets and I can't keep him. He deserves his own space, time, and attention. So, these are things that anyone who has gone through a similar situation will understand. Here, I'll tell you all about it.
¡Saludos a todos en la comunidad de Hive Pets! El día de hoy me uno por aquí para compartir con ustedes una nueva aventura de mascotas. En esta ocasión traigo una publicación especial pues va dedicada al pequeño gatito Sasuke, un gatito que encontré recientemente y al cual le he estado buscando un hogar. Sasuke ha significado un dilema moral y de amor, de esos momentos de mucha reflexión porque realmente amo a los animales pero por eso mismo, se que ya tengo muchas mascotas y no puedo quedarme con él. Merece su propio espacio, tiempo y atencion. Así que son cosas que comprendera todo aquel que haya atravesado por una situación similar. Aquí les cuento todo.
In Puerto Ordaz (and in general, throughout Venezuela), the rains started a month or so ago. One day, as I was coming down from my apartment, I found a small kitten with black and white spots in the elevator hallway. I immediately picked him up, greeted him, and hugged him because he looked so lonely. I thought maybe it belonged to a neighbor who left the door open or a stray kitten who had her baby sheltered there. The fact is, this kept me thinking all day, and when I returned from work, I found the kitten outside the building while it was pouring with rain. I didn't even have the key on hand, but I was very surprised that they had taken him out of the building and left him to get cold and wet. I didn't know if I should keep him, so I went upstairs and told my partner, who immediately went downstairs to get him and brought him home. I bathed him, dried him off, fed him, and put him to bed, but he immediately fell asleep.
En Puerto Ordaz (y en general, en Venezuela entera) comenzaron las lluvias desde hace un mes o un poco más. Un día cuando bajaba del apartamento, encuentro a un pequeño gatito con manchas blancas y negras en el pasillo del ascensor. Inmediatamente lo tomé, lo saludé y lo abrace porque se veía muy solito. Pensé que quizá era de algún vecino que dejó la puerta abierta o era de alguna gatita callejera que tenía a su bebé resguardado por allí. El caso es que eso me dejó pensando todo el día y cuando regresé del trabajo encuentro que el gatito estaba afuera del edificio, mientras caía tremenda lluvia. Ni yo misma tenía la llave a la mano, pero me sorprendió mucho que lo fueran sacado del edificio y lo dejarán llevar frío y mojarse. Ahí ya no sabía si quedarme con él, así que subí a casa y le comenté a mi pareja, quién inmediatamente bajo a buscarlo y lo trajo a casa. Lo bañe, lo seque, dimos de comer y lo acosté a dormir, quién inmediatamente se quedó rendido.
Sasuke has been with us for three days now. We've tried various ways to find him a home, but as the days go by, we feel very attached to him and find no takers. He's truly a very sweet cat; you can tell he was raised with care, as he interacts well with other animals and with us; he knows how to use the food bowl, seeks affection, isn't afraid, and so on. It's a real shame they left him to his fate in the building. I understand it was intended for someone to adopt him, but what if that wasn't the case? Because we didn't see anyone trying to help him. It's very hard to see animals in these situations. Unfortunately, I can't keep him; I have about six cats. We'll continue looking for a new home, so if anyone is interested and is in Puerto Ordaz, I'd be happy to talk about it. No kitty deserves to be alone. Sasuke lleva ya tres días con nosotros. Hemos buscado por varios medios encontrarle un hogar, pero conforme pasan los días, nos sentimos muy unidos a él y no encontramos interesados. Realmente es un gato muy dulce, se nota que fue criado con atención pues interactúa bien con otros animales y con nosotros, sabe usar la taza de comida, busca afecto, no tiene miedo y demás. Da mucho pesar que lo hayan dejado a su suerte en el edificio. Entiendo que con la intención de que alguien lo adoptará, pero ¿si no fuera sido así? porque no vimos que alguien buscara ayudarlo. Es muy duro ver animalitos en estas situaciones. Lamentablemente no puedo quedarme con él, tengo unos 6 gatos. Seguiremos buscando un nuevo hogar, así que si alguien está interesado y se encuentra en Puerto Ordaz, yo estaré encantada de hablar al respecto. Ningún gatito se merece estar solo.
