Can I tell you, the weather at my house has been very hot lately. and with this very hot weather, I definitely want to drink something fresh and definitely safe for my health. When I was brewing tea to make sweet iced tea. My mother came and said, you better add lemongrass and lemon to your iced tea.


Finally after the drink was ready, and I added ice in it.. Wow, it tastes very fresh and quite refreshing for the body. finally I found out what the benefits are of drinking this, and finally I found an amazing answer. Lemongrass tea offers various health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, maintaining dental and oral health, and improving the immune system. So I will immediately share the process of making and the ingredients needed with my friends.
Ingredients needed:
- 1 tbsp Tea Powder
- 2 stalks of Lemongrass
- 400 ml water
- 1/2 lemon
- Ice cubes

Process:
- Crush the lemongrass, then cook with 200 ml of water

- After boiling, add 1 tbsp of tea and the remaining 200 ml of water.

- While waiting for the water to boil, slice the lemon.

- Prepare a glass and teapot then add the sliced lemon and ice cubes.

- Turn off the heat, then take a strainer. and strain the tea water to separate the tea dregs.
