Patterns in the City / Patrones en la Ciudad

Hello, dear black and white community! Yesterday was a busy day, and I fell asleep when I got home. I wanted to submit to the #Qurator Photo Quest and my #MonoMad like I do every day, but I fell asleep. So, I’ll try to use this post to enter both, I hope I’m not breaking any rules. I suffer from BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder), which makes me overthink everything. Overthinking is my superpower, but after reading everything a thousand times and doing my research, I’m still doubting. Anyway, those who don’t take risks don’t win, right?

The theme for the Photo Quest was "patterns," so I recently took some photos of buildings, fences, and one I had set aside of stairs that I really liked because there was human interaction in it. But in the end, I went with the one of the building. I really liked the perspective, and how the architecture of a city can also serve as inspiration for photography. I love architectural photography, but sometimes it's hard to decide what photographic style to choose. Anyway, I woke up at 5 am and am only writing this at 6:30, still very sleepy. Yesterday was a tough day. I’m also adding a series of photos I took yesterday to keep up the habit.

With 33 days left before I return to my magical Cusco, I’m already planning my photography to bring you many underground photos of that beautiful city. That’s all for now. Time to go back to sleep. I wish you all a beautiful end to the week with the best energy and vibes. PEACE FOR ALL.

Patrones en la Ciudad / Patterns in the City

Hola, querida comunidad en blanco y negro. Ayer fue un día cargado y me quedé dormido llegando a casa. Quería postular al Photo Quest de #Qurator y a mi #MonoMad como todos los días, pero me quedé dormido. Así que voy a tratar de usar este post para entrar a ambas, ojalá no esté rompiendo las reglas. Yo sufro de TLP (trastorno límite de la personalidad) y eso me hace pensar las cosas mil veces. Sobrepensar es mi súper poder, pero después de leer todo mil veces y averiguar, aún sigo dudando. En fin, el que no arriesga no gana, ¿no?

El tema del Photo Quest era "patterns", así que saqué unas fotos hace poco de edificios, rejas, y una que tenía separada de unas escaleras que me gustó mucho porque había interacción de un humano, pero me quedé con la del edificio. Me gustó mucho la perspectiva, y cómo la arquitectura de una ciudad también puede servir de inspiración para fotografiar. Me gusta mucho la fotografía de arquitectura, pero a veces es complicado decidir qué estilo fotográfico coger. En fin, me desperté a las 5 am y recién estoy redactando a las 6:30, aún estoy con mucho sueño. Ayer fue un día complicado.

También agrego una serie de fotos que tomé ayer en mi día para no perder la costumbre. A 33 días de volver a mi mágico Cusco, ya estoy haciendo mis planes fotográficos para regalarles muchas fotografías underground de esa hermosa ciudad. Sin más que agregar, y para volver a dormir, les deseo un hermoso cierre de semana con las mejores energías y vibras posibles. PAZ PARA TODOS.
