I (Mindfully) Cashed in the Presidents’ Day Poker Tournament!

It took 10 hours but I finally made it into the money. I was the first to be knocked out after the bubble burst but I was net positive for the day so it still felt awesome!

Also, it was like a day long meditation retreat because while my mind may not have been completely devoid of thought, I wasn’t chasing mental squirrels due to my laser focus on stacking (and retaining) chips so I was definitely present. Buddha never mentioned playing poker but this could be an alternate path to enlightement. Namaste.
