It finally came to be. We had talked about the idea of getting coffee for far too long that when the time came, it just felt like we had already known each other for over 10 years and had a coffee to catch up. Of course, we had to get over the fact that I had already gone to her favorite Paramo Cafe. That was a bummer, but it was something that could happen. The previous day, we had been at a concert in Altamira. Now, it was Saturday and my second day at Caracas for this short vacation.

Before this coffee, I have met with my friend Eurys. We had had coffee. So, a second coffee was an interesting idea. We went to the location at the Sambil in Chacao. It was noisy and crowded, but you can't expect something different in a mall. We ordered and I had the idea of buying some grounded coffee to have some of it at home. They have good coffee.

Following @maryed's instructions, I ordered a Nutella croissant. She went with her usual slice of banana cake. For coffee, we had cappuccinos. And after sitting down, we came to the realization that we were finally at a Cafe. Just like we had talked about for over 2 years of digital friendship. And that deserved some selfies.

Our order came and we took the time to photograph everything. This thing of being a blogger is always a lot of work. But then, phones went down and we enjoyed our food and coffee while chatting about our lives, plans, and the thing we had done to that point and the what we will do the next day.

Something important of this meeting was handing them some postcards I had brought with me. The same made by @octocel and a token of appreciation for my fans. Later, @madefrance joined the table and we had more time to talk and enjoy some good company.

The best part of the whole experience is finally crossing this item from my list. I finally went to Caracas and had coffee with them. And having coffee was a thing that happened a lot during this trip.

There's not much to add about the quality of the coffee in the place. The dessert are also quite good. The croissant is an interesting mix of savory and sweet. The best part is the flakiness of the dough. That is a sign of a really good pastry and also being fresh. The banana cake is packed with flavor. I get why Mary likes it that much.

I would also like to add the note that Mary was running some errands of the annoying kind. And having some coffee after waiting for so long to get that thing done was a game changer.
