Outpouring of my heart

Today I can't control my emotions, I'm more selfish.
What should I do in a situation like this.
Sometimes I think life has to be a lot to be patient with tomorrow when we don't know what will happen.
I'm still looking for a way to deal with whatever happens tomorrow.

Can you predict what you will have to face worse than today?
I've heard words from wise people, if you want a calm heart and can face any big problem, clean your heart from anger, and make problems easy to solve.
But it's hard to get rid of anger in every human being, but I will try to restrain myself, from our rotten hearts, to become our hearts become better,

I believe, all humans in this world, have a good little heart.
I wish I could get rid of my anger. And my anger.
