F1 - Very brutal crash today in Bahrain GP

I have been watching F1 for 16 years now and never have I seen such an extreme crash of an F1 car that exploded on impact.
Today on the Bahrain GP, Romain Grosjean's HAAS lost control on the first lap getting in contact with Alpha Tauri driver Daniel Kvyat and went straight for the barrier. Usually in such crashes we see the barrier take a big force of he impact and the car being totaled.
Here the car was seen exploding on impact right as it contacted the barrier. The car also split in half. French driver Grosjean was seen trapped in the other half of the car, luckily he was able to get out of the car in time and escape serious burn injuries.
As of now he is said to have burn injuries to his legs, but is safe thanks to his quick reaction and the fast actions from the track marshals.

Glad he is ok and hope the burns are minor.
