A Glimpse Into the Rabbit Hole

Some scenes are only visible if you’re really paying attention.
While walking through a familiar alley, I noticed this hidden triangle of reflection embedded in the corner of a building. In it, a world unfolded, a bicycle, a hand, a car — layered into a fractured story within the street. It felt like a secret dimension, one you’d only find if you stopped and looked sideways.
I didn’t plan the shot. I just crouched low and let instinct guide the frame. What I love about reflection photography is how it turns everyday surroundings into puzzles. You start seeing light, shape, and shadow in ways you wouldn’t normally. The mirror didn’t just reflect, it told a parallel story within the concrete textures of the city.
Shot with my Nikon D40, no edits, just a subtle balance of color and contrast from the raw image. I call this one "Rabbit Hole", because that's exactly how it felt.
