Hello friends of the hive, it is a pleasure to greet you on this new occasion, I hope you are well and had a nice day, today I want to talk to you from my experience, I wish I started training and everything I would have liked to know to have better results and less physical wear and tear.
Hola amigos de la colmena es un placer saludarles en esta nueva oportunidad, espero se encuentren bien y hayan tenido un lindo día, hoy quiero hablarles desde mi experiencia deseo que comence a entreanar y todo lo que me hubiera gustado saber para tener mejores resultado y menos desgaste fisico

  Beliefs and reality//Creencias y realidad



* Doing cardio doesn't help you lose weight, it helps you gain resistance. If the goal is to lose weight, you have to follow a diet.

*Excessive diets are not good, you will lose weight but if you cannot sustain that and decide to eat foods that you did not consume, you will gain weight again, apart from the fact that your body needs all types of foods since each one provides something to our body.


  • If your coach is not good, your progress will never come and that will frustrate you, you should always have a coach who demands from your body


*Compare processes, each body works and progresses differently, some very quickly and others slower, people with very worked bodies generally have been training for more than 2 years


*Not all bodies are thin, since these are classified into 3 different types: Endoform, Ectoform and Mesoform, each of them has a different build.


*the key is discipline and perseverance


* hacer cardio no te ayuda a bajar de peso , te ayuda a ganar resistencia si la meta es perder peso se tiene que tener una dieta


*las dietas excesivas no son buenas , vas a bajar de peso pero si no puedes sustentar eso y decides comer alimentos que no consumias vas a volver a engordar , aparte que tu cuerpo necesita todo tipo de alimentos ya que cada uno proporciona algo a nuestro cuerpo

  • si tu entrenador no es bueno , tu avance nunca va a llegar y eso te va a frustar, siempre se debe tener un entrenador que le exija a tu cuerpo


*comparar procesos , cada cuerpo funciona progresa de forma diferente , algunos muy rapido y otros mas lentos , las personas con cuerpos muy trabajados generalmente tienen mas de 2 años entrenando


*No todos los cuerpos son delgados , ya que estos se clasifican en 3 tipos diferentes: Endoformo , Ectoformo y mesoformo cada uno de ellos tiene una contextura distinta


*la clave es la disciplina y constancia
