The Day I Had to Say Goodbye to My Closest Cousin

HI! ANNYEONG! KONNICHIWA HIVERS! It’s @angelwingsss again, and today I’m going to share with you all the day my cousin, Nhxous, will be Migrating to Canada.

My cousin, Nhxous, is one of my closest cousin in our Family. We are neighbors so it was easy for us to bond everyday. Thanks to him, I get to go to places that I’ve never been because he have a motorcycle, which is easy to travel around places-to-places.

October 3, when he went to our house casually told us that tomorrow is the day that he will be migrating to Canada. I’ve already know it before that his flight will be on the first week of October, but when he mentioned it again, that was just the time that it sinked in to my mind that he will migrate already, how time flies.

That night I secretly cried because I was sad since we’ve been so closed since we were kids. He is also my one call away cousin whenever I get stranded to some places or doesn’t have any friends to accompany me when I go to different places. But I know that it’s for his own good and his future so I was still happy for him and wished him a safe flight.

It was around 10 pm when I took a bath and started getting ready because we need to leave at 11 pm. I wore a grey fitted sweater and baggy pants. I also went to my cousin house to check if they are almost done. It was around 10:47 pm when we went outside and saw some friends of my cousin. They also want to drive him to airport since it will be the last time they will see him.

On the way to the airport, we stopped by at the gasoline’s station since our motorcycle has two bars left only. The rest of them went straight ahead and we will just catch up to them once we are done.

It was around 12:16 am when we arrived at the airport and we went to the entrance to get our ticket for parking space and after that, we took some pictures and went straight to the departure area.

We use an elevator because the departure area is in the second floor. We checked the my cousin’s flight if it’s already checked in, but it wasn’t yet so we stayed for a couple of hours.

While waiting, we took some pictures again for remembrance and I also seized the moment that my cousin is still here I know that I will surely miss him and our bond.

While we are taking pictures, I got hungry so my cousin, Nicole and Nhxous decided to buy some food because they were hungry too. While waiting for our food, my cousin, Nhxous, talked about his relationship with his ex-girlfriend. He shared the reason why he broke up with her.

After a while, we were done eating and my cousin, Nhxous, went to the monitor again to see if his flight is already checked in. It was already checked in so he started getting ready to go inside. While he was getting ready to go inside, I hugged him and vid out goodbyes and wished him a safe flight. For the last time, I took a picture of him going inside the airport.
