Titans get wrecked last week vs Patriots..more pain probable this afternoon in Indy

Well last week happened. The Patriots whooped the Titans and Mike Vrabel got his revenge. As much as it was probably dumb to let Vrabel go I mean, it's too late now and maybe losing to him like that is good to really finish that era of Titans history once and for all in a weird way. It's always felt over but, now it REALLY does.
Yeah last week the Titans actually looked like they were hanging around for a second. But after scripted plays ended and any momentum of having a new coach sort of ended, the more talented team started taking over.
Now the 1-6 Titans are headed to Indy to face the 6-1 Colts. So depressing. The Titans are the most uninspiring 1-6 team and that's saying something. Their only win came as a result of the most insane series of events I've ever seen honestly. They should be 0-7 if we're being serious.
I've spoken on Cam Ward's overconfidence in the past and he does seem a bit humbled. Maybe that's a good thing, maybe it's a bad thing. Either way the results haven't been there so maybe a dose of humble pie could be good for him. It's a journey as an NFL QB. Even Patrick Mahomes doesn't seem as arrogant as Cam has been in the past. I remember watching interviews of Pat when he was tearing up defenses early in his career and he was always really low-key and looking for ways to improve. Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Jalen Hurts, these guys all have a pretty level head. I think maybe Cam needs to look in the mirror slightly. He's a rookie and everything, but he has shown very little through seven games AND came in with a sort of mindset that he thought the NFL was gonna be easy. Meh. I wonder if Will Levis were on the active roster would the Titans turn to him soon? That's a whole other discussion.
The Titans don't have weapons like crazy but they do have solid tight ends, and they have decent receiving running backs and yeah I mean Ward was the top pick, odds are you're not gonna walk into a receiving room full of talent.
But yeah and Mike McCoy seems like another total softie as a coach, honestly just seems a bit wimpy. He wasn't hired to be a head coach of course. But it does go to show how odd this whole coaching staff really is. They command zero respect and just seem a bit basic and unmotivated.
Yeah, today is going to be another epic disaster, sad excuse for football.
Why do I put myself through this? Well, even if it takes years, MANY years, nobody will be able to say I abandoned the Titans even if I'm critical and pessimistic at times.
I AIN'T LEAVING THE TWO TONE BLUE NATION BABY.
When they do turn this around, I'll be able to look back at these times and laugh, and appreciate the journey. I know this could be a long ride though and I'm questioning ownership more than ever but.... anything is possible. They've had moments of success with this ownership.
Let's see how bad this game goes. HA.
